There are meals to quench your appetite; there are traditional cuisines, dining experiences with a message, and those infused with a touch of art or entertainment; the range of gastronomy encountered in restaurants are more diverse than ever before.

A mere year and a half after its opening in 2008, HAJIME was awarded three Michelin stars for its excellence in French cuisine—the quickest ascent on record. Following our conversion to innovative cuisine in 2012, three stars were awarded again in 2017. We continue to test the frontiers of restaurant gastronomy on the cutting edge of culinary arts.

Will there be a cancellation fee?

The cancellation fee will be as follows:

  • Cancellation on the same day: 100%
  • Cancellation the day before: 50%

Preparation for certain dishes requires up to three days.
In respect for the ingredients carefully produced by the producers, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible in the event of any changes or cancellations.

If you wish to invite more guests on the day of your reservation, please call us to inquire about ingredient availability.

Can I dine with my companion dog (guide dog, hearing dog, care dog)?

Yes. Please visit us together.

I have a hearing impairment. Can I dine at your restaurant?

We will happily prepare a written menu with a detailed explanation of each plate. Please let us know upon making a booking.

I use a wheelchair. Can I dine at your restaurant?

Yes. You may dine in your wheelchair as our entrance is step-free.

Please notify us if you wish to come by car. Our restroom accommodates certain wheelchair sizes. Should our facility not meet your needs, we will be happy to show you to the restrooms within the building.

We’d like to dine as a family. Can children join the meal?

While we warmly welcome families to our restaurant, we kindly ask that children be at least ten years of age. 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept a variety of credit cards.

Is there a service charge?

A 15% gratuity will be included in the total bill.

Can I smoke in the restaurant?

Smoking is prohibited in all areas, including our waiting room.

Is there a dress code?

Gentlemen are kindly requested to wear jackets and leather footwear for both lunch and dinner.
Please refrain from wearing overly casual attire, including sneakers, shorts, flip-flops, T-shirts, sweatshirts, and similar items.
