We have stood at the forefront of the world of gastronomy since the outset, exploring a cosmos of possibilities. The story of gastronomy traces the journey embarked by the first life forms as they nourished and adapted themselves over time. Life emerged on Earth. Flora evolved into fauna. They ascended to greater heights and diversity as they discovered new sources of sustenance. A prominent player in shaping evolution was, is, and will always be, food. The innovation of food is therefore akin to molding the future of humanity, the Earth, and the universe.
